Nice design of this nicely appointed hotel, functional rooms. Coffee, big windows, and a kettle in the room, perfect and magnificent location. Efficient staff throughout. Savoury breakfasts with variety-good value and accommodation- added after-plenty of variety-good value, as example. Early check in and late check out. Free Wi-Fi provided in property.

The hotel is very well located in the theatre district of Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful, and my room was comfortable. Wifi is available free in public areas, and there are also computers available in public areas for Internet connection.
Probably the music, that seems to be played all the time in the public areas of the hotel.

Good location. Free WiFi and coffee.
Rooms are small and ugly, they should be renovated, bed is terrible, carpet floor completely dirty. No laundry. Overpriced to rob tourists. This the worst hotel I have ever seen since I travel in Europe.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we came back again because of its relaxed atmosphere and competent, friendly staff. Being situated slightly "off-centre" is good for us as we like to explore the city away from the main tourist places.

My husband and often spend gettaway weekends in Amsterdam and have already already stayed in quite a few hotels. The Eden Theatre District Hotel is one of our favorites so far, even for me being 8 months pregnant at the time. I had read different reviews from others guests and noticed complaints about the size of the rooms. Yes, the rooms are fairly small, at least the small double was but this is quite normal for hotels in amsterdam so it wasnt much of an issue to us. The location is great, the rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, parking on site is available for a fee and free internet wi fi is available within the breakfast/ reception area. Another highlight we were not aware of before our stay is the hotel offers 24 hour complimentary tea and coffee facilties in the breakfast area. We had a great

amazing walking access to museums and vibrant local eateries
I loved how close I was to several fantastic museums like the Rijksmuseum and Stedelijk Museum, and the area was filled with charming bars and eateries, made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the city while the room, though compact, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Location was excellent, as was the price. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this small hotel which is part of the Hampshire hotels chain. didnt look much from the outside, and very small inside, but excellent value for money.
Nothing. Considering the price of this hotel was very little more than staying in a shared dorm in a hostel, anyone who complains has a cheek.
